Grade II Listed furniture warehouse in the heart of Shoreditch.

The scheme includes 58,000 sqft of Cat A commercial office space. The works include the sensitive restoration of historic features, along with significant new build and extension elements to create a landmark office building. The scheme is formed of a series of interconnecting spaces, with a lightwell atrium cut into the historic fabric with exposed original timbers and a new CLT formed Corten clad building to the rear.
